Episode 02: Minda Harts on Securing a Seat at the Table

“Each of us has to decide, what does courage look like? It’s going to require each of us to lean into our courage to change the workplace and to make it work for everybody.”

I was blown away by this conversation with Minda Harts on active allyship, taking personal responsibility, and what it means to truly be a “success partner.” Minda’s insights really underline that it’s the little acts within our day—from educating to activating to communicating, to make sure that everyone gets a seat at the table. It takes courage, no matter where you are within an organization to make these changes happen and to create not only the culture we want but the society we want!
