Episode 09: Work Better Together | A Conversation with Jen Fisher

“If you come into contact with other human beings in your work life, you are a leader!”

So grateful for this phenomenal conversation and the timely questions it has brought forward about how organizations must reframe their perspectives and approaches to Health and Wellbeing—especially in the new frontier of post-pandemic and hybrid workplaces!

To define a workplace that honors our health, wellbeing, and humanity, we must establish a culture founded on courage, collaboration, and conversation. Our voices—and our actions!—are more powerful than we may believe. In being open about our individual needs and boundaries, we can influence beneficial change throughout our organization.

We are whole people with unique experiences, emotions, circumstances, and needs, and it is these complexities that help to strengthen our impact as an organization. The path to success for organizations today is not expecting Associates to check their humanity at the door but encourage everyone to value and advocate for our needs and the needs of others.

Jen - thank you again!
